Selection review

Engineering reviews the load, speed, geometry, interface, protection function and environment. Open items are returned as questions rather than replaced with assumptions.

Drawing approval

The drawing should show compressed length, extension, yokes, splines, guards, clutch or limiter, rotation, grease points and critical dimensions. Production begins only after the required approval gate.

Problem solving

For vibration or failure, provide operating condition, photos, measurements, service history and the failed component. The objective is to identify the load or geometry cause, not merely replace the same part.

Send the operating data, not only a photo

For a reliable selection, include PTO speed, tractor and implement connections, compressed length, required extension, normal and maximum angle, power or torque, duty cycle and the required protection device.
