PTO Driveline Quality Control
Inspection planning for dimensions, interfaces, phasing, balance, guarding, documentation and approved drawing conformity.
Incoming and in-process checks
Inspection plans should identify critical yoke, spline, pilot, flange, tube, cross and guard dimensions. Material and heat-treatment documents are reviewed only when required and available for the order. Measurements are recorded against the approved drawing rather than a marketing page.
Assembly checks
Verify joint phasing, positive locking, telescoping travel, grease access, guard rotation and device direction. Where balance is specified, the method, speed and acceptance grade must appear in the approved technical document.
Final documentation
The final package can include inspection records, photographs, packing list and traceable drawing revision as agreed. Certificates are never implied from a catalogue logo or another product family.
